Holding Deposit & Refund Policy
To ensure a clear and time-efficient booking process, a £100 holding deposit is required to submit your request. This deposit is 100% refundable ONLY if we are unable to confirm your booking. Please note: The holding deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed by us, or if you choose to cancel your request. Upon confirmation, the £100 will be automatically deducted from your project deposit invoice.
