Project Description
The Water-Side project was delivered as a high-quality commercial joinery installation for Pace
Interiors at a premium commercial space in London.
GrainID Ltd was appointed to carry out the installation of bespoke commercial joinery, including
custom-built kitchen areas, architectural wall panelling, joinery ceiling elements, and detailed
feature joinery throughout the space. All works were completed in accordance with the design
specifications and commercial performance requirements.
The project required precise setting-out, close coordination with multiple trades, and careful
execution of complex junctions, particularly at ceiling interfaces and feature points. A strong focus
was placed on accuracy, durability, and quality of finish.
